Rental fees vary by group type, use, and duration. Rental income directly supports our programs and the building: 50% goes towards MSHI programs and 50% goes towards building upkeep and improvements. INDOOR OVERNIGHT EDUCATION GROUP RENTALS: $15/person/night
Indoor camping for up to 60 people (there are currently 27 beds at the Center). Combine with use of the outdoor camp to host an overnight event up to 120 people. Examples of groups that qualify for this rate include, but are not limited to: school field trips, youth groups, youth clubs, scouts, and college field seminars. All indoor, overnight, education rentals will include a $150 building host fee per night.
OUTDOOR OVERNIGHT EDUCATION GROUP RENTALS: $10/person/night
Primitive camping for up to 60 people. Examples of groups that qualify for this rate include, but are not limited to: school field trips, youth groups, youth clubs, scouts, and college field seminars. Youth group rentals will include a $150 camp host fee per night. All adult rentals will include a $50 reservation fee per rental.
MEETINGS: Range from $25/hour (small room) to $150/hour (entire building)
A great place to host a meeting or conference for large and small groups with 11,000 square feet of space with floor to ceiling windows looking out to Mount St. Helens.
SPECIAL EVENTS: Range from $400/day to $2,000/day
Plan a day or overnight work party, family reunion, sports event, or other special event for up to 300 people.
